DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, Juno Bridal is an appointment only showroom. If it is your first time coming in, your private one-on-one appointment will be 90 minutes. A second appointment is usually 60 minutes and if you are just coming in to pick up your dress we reserve 30 minutes for you.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BEGIN DRESS SHOPPING?
We recommend that you begin shopping for your dress about 8-10 months before your wedding and order your dress at least 8 months before the big day. It can take up to 6 months for your dress to arrive and we recommend allowing an additional 2 months for alterations.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring any undergarments you think you might wear on your wedding day (Spanx, nude underwear, strapless bra, etc.) and any shoes you are considering. We also ask that you wear light make-up to prevent getting make-up on the dresses.
WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR SAMPLE GOWNS?
The majority of our gowns are size 6, 8, or 10. These sizes will give most brides who wear between a size 2 and 14 a good idea of how the dress will look.
WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR GOWNS?
Our gowns range from $1200 to $4000 with the majority between $1500 and $2500.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A GOWN AT JUNO BRIDAL?
Your initial appointment will include a 90 minute private appointment complete with drinks and music. If you fall in love with a dress we take your measurements and order the dress in the size closest to your measurements. At that time we will take a 50% payment. When the dress arrives in about 5-6 months we will notify you and you will come in for a final appointment to try the dress on and make the final 50% payment. Your gown will probably still require alterations so please allow enough time for you to meet with a seamstress to make any final tweaks.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GOWN TO ARRIVE?
It depends on the designer but most gowns take 5-6 months. If you need a dress sooner than that we are happy to help if we can. However, additional charges may apply.
DO YOU DO ALTERATIONS?
We are a small showroom and in-house alterations are not available. We are happy to refer you to some excellent seamstresses in the area. Please advise that alteration costs are separate from the cost of the dress and we suggest giving yourself about 2 months for alterations.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and debit. We do not accept cash or checks.
DO YOU CARRY ANYTHING OTHER THAN WEDDING DRESSES?
We carry wedding dresses, veils, belts, jewelry, and hair accessories.
We do not carry bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride dresses, flower girl dresses, shoes, or lingerie.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
All sales are final.
